| Introduction
The Villages Woodturners are members of the Villages Woodworkers Club that are interested in learning more about wood lathe work and wood turning in general. Members of the Village Woodworkers Club are encouraged to join the group. This includes experienced turners and novices. The group has plans for demonstrations as well as personal hands-on training during the group sessions. The monthly Woodturners' meeting is the Tuesday following the regular Woodworkers Club meeting. The Woodturners are a chapter of the AAW (American Association of Woodturners). See www.woodturner.org for more information about the AAW. The officers of The Villages Wood Turner Group are:

| Meeting Information
There will be no meetings in July or August. The next meeting will be on September 21. Ron Gammon NOTE: Ray Roberts is responsible for lining up the demonstrations for our meetings. Members seem to be reluctant to volunteer for this but he needs your help. If you feel comfortable doing a demo for us, please let him know so he can schedule you in. DON'T BE BASHFUL! It's good experience. |
